Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Listing हालांकि अभी इस shares को Demat accounts में जमा कर दिया गया है, लेकिन आपको बता दे कि वे तब तक Demat रहेंगे जब तक stock exchanges द्वारा Listing और Business के लिए Approval नहीं मिल जाता है।
इसके अलावा आपको बता दे कि Tata Motors Limited ने एक बहुत बड़ा reorganization किया है और इसके साथ ही two independent companies में divided हो गया है। इसके साथ ही आपको बता दे कि Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited (TMPV) और Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Limited (TMLCV)। इस प्रमुख vehicle manufacturing company का much awaited Partition official manner पर 1 october से लागू हो गया।
1:1 Ratio में shares के Allocation के लिए shareholders की Eligibility determined करने हेतु Record Date 14 october तय की गई थी।
आपको बता दे कि यह हाल ही में हुए Division के one part के रूप में, जिन current shareholders के पास Record Date पर या उससे पहले Tata Motors के Shaper थे, उन्हें The newly established Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles में Same number में share प्राप्त हुए।
आपको बता दे कि फिर भी, कई लोगों को Popular trading platforms पर अपने TMLCV shares को देखने या उनका Business करने में problems का सामना करना पड़ा है। ऐसा अलग Stock Listing Process और pending regulatory approvals से जुड़ी देरी के Reason होता है।

इन shareholders को Tata Motors के अपने प्रत्येक share के बदले अलग हुई Company का एक share मिलेगा। TML Commercial Vehicles Limited (TMLCV) के shares का Business November में BSE और NSE पर शुरू होने की Possibility जताई जा रही है। यह Partition October 1 से ही effective हो गया था। Stock Adjustment October 14 को हुआ था।
आपको बता दे को यह पिछले साल august में, Tata Motors के Board ने अपने commercial और Eligible Vehicle Divisions को दो अलग-अलग listed entities में divided करने को approval दे दी थी ताकि यह Business Focus को और भी ज्यादा strong किया जा सके और इसके साथ ही Future के Development के opportunities का Benefit भी उठाया जा सके। आपको बता दे कि Division के बाद, Passenger Vehicle Branch का नाम को बदलकर Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPVL) कर दिया जाएगा, जबकि Commercial Vehicle Unit November में Tata Motors (IML) के रूप में listed होने वाली है।
इसके साथ ही stock exchanges से Relevant listings और Trading की Permission granted होने तक Stock Inactive रहेगा।
आपको बता दे कि Tata Motors ने 9 october को Exchange को दी गई जानकारी में कहा कि TMLCV द्वारा shares के Allocation की date से लेकर BSE और NSE में listed होने की date तक की Duration के दौरान, TMLCV के Shares on stock exchanges पर business के लिए Available नहीं हो सकेगा। इसके साथ ही Listing और business की Permission granted करने की Process में stock exchanges में Necessary Application admission करने की date से generally पर 45-60 दिन लगते हैं।
Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Listing Date:
आपको बता दे कि जब तक BSE और NSE जैसे stock exchanges से Necessary Clearances नहीं मिल जाती, तब तक Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Limited (TMLCV) के shares Shareholders के Demat accounts में देखने को मिल जाएंगे, लेकिन उनका व्यापार नहीं किया जा सकेगा। Listing और Trading की Permission मिलने के बाद, Share trading platform पर Active हो जाएँगे और साथ ही investors को shares के Business के बारे में Formal notifications प्राप्त होंगी।
जैसा कि इसके साथ ही Stock Exchange Notification में Signal दिया गया है, TMLCV shares में Business November के अंत तक Start होने की Possibility जताई जा रही है।
इसके साथ ही Tata Motors ने 15 october को stock markets को informed किया गया है कि Company के shareholders को partition plan के तहत 1:1 के अनुपात में 2 face value per rupee के 3,68,23,31,373 Allotment of fully paid-up equity shares किए गए हैं। इसके साथ ही Company ने ‘TMLCV की Entire pre-plan paid-up share capital को Cancelled करने और साथ में ही घटाने की भी Announcement की है, जिसमें 2 face value per rupee के 5,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares Involved थे, जो पूरी तरह से Company के Mercury थे।
इसके बाद इसमें कहा गया कि Resulting company 15 october से wholly owned वाली सभी subsidiary company नहीं रह गयी है।
इसके साथ ही आपको बता दे कि Name change और Division के संबंध में यह 9 october को जारी कर दी गई है, इसके बाद Filing में Mention किया गया है, TML एक listed entity बनी रहेगी। इस scheme के According ही Tata Motors Limited अपना नाम बदलकर Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited कर लेगी और Electric Vehicle Business और JLR में अपने Investment including Passenger Vehicle Business को और भी आगे बढ़ाएगी।
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles की Share Price की History:
आपको बता दे कि सुबह 9.50 बजे तक, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles के share में एक minor decline के साथ 406.25 per share Rs. पर business कर रहे थे। इसके बाद यह 14 october को Special price discovery sessions के बाद यह Shares Rs 400 per share पर open हुआ था। आपको बता दे कि तब से इस Company के shares में लगभग 2 percent की Growth देखने को मिली है।
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles:
आपको बता दे कि Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles के shares ने इस महीने की शुरुआत में अपने Commercial Vehicle Business के Division के लिए Adjustment किया गया था। इसके साथ ही अब ये अलग हो चुके Commercial Vehicle Business के shares को बाद में Stock Exchanges BSE और NSE में listed किए जाने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है।
